• Account Information: If you create an account to sync data across devices, we collect your email address and authentication credentials via our secure backend provider (Supabase).
• Profile Information: We collect your chosen display name and optional avatar image to identify you within leagues and games.
• Usage Data: We store the padel games, scores, and leagues you create or participate in to power the app's core functionality and leaderboards.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Provide the core services (calculating tournament standings, saving match histories).
• Sync your data across your personal devices.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Offline Access

Padel VIBE is built as an "offline-first" application. This means much of your data is securely stored locally on your device (using IndexedDB and LocalStorage) to allow the app to function without an internet connection. When online, this data synchronizes with our secure cloud database.

5. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. You may request the deletion of your account at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your account by navigating to the Account/Profile menu within the app and clicking "Delete Account".
• Data Anonymization: Upon deletion, your login credentials (email and password) are permanently erased. Your historical game data is anonymized (your name is replaced with a generic identifier like "Deleted User") to ensure past tournament records are not corrupted for other players.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (including secure HTTPS connections and encrypted database storage via Supabase) to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
